Temporary Changes to Opening Hours Effective from 25th May 2020
Based on HSE guidelines, and due to the increased risks of contagion brought by the Coronavirus, Killarney Credit Union is making a number of changes to the opening hours in each of our branches.
As and from the 25th May 2020
- Beech Road Office will be opened from 10.00a.m – 4.00p.m. Monday to Friday and will be closed on Saturdays.
- Kenmare Office will be opened Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10.30a.m.- 3.30p.m. (Commencing Monday 25th May))
- Caherciveen Office will be opened from 10.00a.m – 4.00p.m. Monday to Friday and will be closed on Saturdays.
- Park Road Office Killarney will be closed from 31 st March 2020 until further notice.

Each morning from 10.00am-11.00am, will now be a dedicated time for the elderly, vulnerable and family carers. We would appreciate it, if you would share this information with family and friends so we can all keep each other safe.

For all members who have registered for Online Banking, you can avail of the following services through your Online Banking.
- View transactions and account balances
- Inter account transfers
- External Account Transfers - Transfer money to your bank account or other credit union accounts
- Print Statements
- Receive electronic payments to your credit union account
- Pay Bills

Killarney Credit Union’s member services staff want to assure our members who are being affected by the measures taken by Government to tackle the Covid-19 epidemic, that we are here to help. If your financial circumstances have changed and you are concerned about meeting repayments on your loan, you should contact us using the details below. Each member’s circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis by our experienced team, and we will come up with the best solution to suit your temporary circumstances.
We would ask all our member to adhere to the HSE and Government advice at this time, and where possible to avoid un-necessary Journey’s. To assist with this, we would urge our member to consider making debit card payment over the phone or consider setting up a Standing Order/Direct Debit for the duration of the crisis. To Report your Debit Card lost or stolen you can call the Customer Services Team 24/7 on +353 (1) 693 3333.
In the event of you losing your Debit Card or are suspicious of transactions relating to activity on your account if you have online access you can suspend your Debit Card online. OR You can suspend your Debit Card online. Once registered to use online, you can simply log in and suspend your own Debit Card if you have temporarily lost the card or are suspicious of transactions relating to your Debit Card Activity
