- With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) now in the Republic of Ireland, we are aware that some members may wish to avoid coming into our branches to carry out transactions. Therefore we would like to remind our members that most credit union services are available either online or by contacting us by telephone. If you are visiting one of our branches, to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) virus, please use the hand sanitiser which is supplied in all branches before approaching the counter.

Arrears Support
Killarney Credit Union’s member services staff want to assure our members who are being affected by the measures taken by Government to tackle the Covid-19 epidemic, that we are here to help. If your financial circumstances have changed and you are concerned about meeting repayments on your loan, you should contact us using the details below. Each member’s circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis by our experienced team, and we will come up with the best solution to suit your temporary circumstances.
We would ask all our member to adhere to the HSE and Government advice at this time, and where possible to avoid un-necessary Journey’s. To assist with this, we would urge our member to consider making debit card payment over the phone or consider setting up a Standing Order/Direct Debit for the duration of the crisis. Killarney Credit Union Current Account Mastercard Debit Card
To Report your Debit Card lost or stolen you can call the Customer Services Team 24/7 on +353 (1) 693 3333.
In the event of you losing your Debit Card or are suspicious of transactions relating to activity on your account if you have online access you can suspend your Debit Card online. OR You can suspend your Debit Card online. Once registered to use online, you can simply log in and suspend your own Debit Card if you have temporarily lost the card or are suspicious of transactions relating to your Debit Card Activity
